References appears in alphabetical order in the Name-year system.  Last name followed by the first and middle initials with no period or comma. The last name is followed by the year of publication.

If there is no author, an organization such as governmental body, corporation, or association replaces the author. If there is no author or organization, title of the article replaces the author or organization.
